3. Booking & Payment Terms
- A $700 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your date.
- Once booked, your date is reserved exclusively for you, and we will decline all other inquiries for that date.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreement outlined in your contract.
4. Services & Deliverables
We offer wedding and engagement photography and videography services, including:
- Professionally edited, high-resolution digital images
- No watermarks on delivered images
- Online gallery delivery and USB (for wedding packages)
- Wedding video (included in selected packages)
- Estimated one-month turnaround time for final delivery
The number of edited images may vary depending on the package and event conditions.
5. Travel
Travel is included within the Hudson Valley area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this region and will be discussed prior to booking.
6. Image Usage & Rights
We retain the copyright to all images and videos created. However:
- Clients receive full rights to download, share, and print their images for personal use.
- We may use selected images or videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Data Protection
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and digital files. However, while we strive to safeguard all data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party platforms (such as online gallery services) to deliver your photos and videos. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.
